How long will it take my order to ship?

• We try very hard to get your order to you as fast as we can. We process orders seven days a week. Your order will usually ship from our warehouse within 24-48 hours. How long the order takes to be delivered to you depends on your address. This will range from 1-5 days depending on the product you ordered and what state you live in. A tracking number will be sent you as soon your order is shipped so that you can monitor your orders status.

Somethings happened. I want to cancel my order, or change it. Is that possible?

• If you have made a mistake on your order EX: incorrect address, billing information. Then you need to email orders@partyhardware.com immediately. You need to let us know about your problem before we ship it. Time is very important when you need to change something. Sometimes we start processing orders as soon as we receive them. When you email us with your problem, make sure to include your Full Name, order#, contact information, and a detailed description of your problem. We will do our best to assist you.

Do you have have any cheaper methods of shipping? Why are the shipping rates so high?

• There are many factors that go into shipping prices. Package dimensions, weight are the two main ones. Gas prices have recently affected shipping prices too. There are many things. Most orders are shipped via Fed Ex ground shipping. This is their cheapest method available to us. If a shipping price really seems unreasonable, there might have been a mistake with our systems shipping estimator. Why isn't there and option to ship to my state?
