My item is damaged or missing a piece!

  • 99% of the time you will receive your orders hassle free. In the event of you receiving a defective product, we guarantee to replace it.
  • We do ask that you send us an email about your problem to Returns@PartyHardware.com within 15 days or we may not be able to replace your product. We just like to fix any problems right away.
  • As soon as we receive your email, we will call you within 24 hours to discuss your problem. (Please don't forget to specify a good time to call you)
  • We will pay for the shipping so you can send the product back. When we receive the defective product, we'll replace it free of charge.


Returns/Refunds

  • We our customers to be satisfied and happy with their purchases. Most items can be returned and we will refund your money
  • We do not cover the shipping charges. You are liable for those.
  • To return an item first you need to send and email to returns@partyhardware.com
  • Make sure to include your full name, phone number, and your invoice/order# . Please make your email very thorough.
